Seriously I was lost staring on the website for about 5 minutes, and ended up writing here, you'd know I have totally no idea what should I do with it.
Can somebody tell me is it the website NOT user-friendly or the user,
i.e. me, NOT IT-friendly?
Received something from this PTPTN loan and instructed me to log in the website and get what revised interest from 3% to 1%, so I obediently did it, and ended up am still in the mist!
Is there anyone else doing this and would you please lead me on?
